My realtor told me that the most important part of buying a home is having a loan officer than you trust. It’s definitely true. Rae took the time to go through the loan disclosure as well as every other loan document, which is so important to a first-time home buyer. I wanted to know where every dollar was going. This home was my first real adult purchase, and it was important to have things explained in a way that I was able to understand. Not everyone understands that and takes the time to do that. She also had a great support system to get the loan funded in time for a 30-day close.
