Once we’ve connected you with Rae or David, they will email you a link to register your account and get Encompass access. What’s Encompass? Encompass is our home loan platform that makes the process faster and easier.
Provide Your Info
At this point in the process, we’ll collect your property details, run your credit, and verify your income and assets. Investing a little more time up front will save you time throughout the process and allow your loan to move from start to finish faster. Plus, Encompass saves your progress so you can come back and finish when it’s convenient for you.
Compare Options & Lock Your Loan
At this point, you’ll review your refinance options and choose the best one for you. In Encompass, you can conveniently compare rate quotes with detailed loan information side by side to help you make the right selection. As always, your loan officer will be just a phone call away if you need help.
Complete Your To-Do List
Encompass generates a personalized to-do list of all the remaining documents we’ll need from you. Don’t have everything all at once? No worries. You can sign into Encompass and upload or e-sign your documents at your own pace. It’s secure and paperless so you can be confident that what’s private stays private.
Processing
Sit tight as we perform rigorous checks to ensure you’re getting the best refinance possible. Our super star processor, Nick will help you finalize your loan. Throughout the processing phase, you’ll be able to see your loan activity in Encompass in real time. We’ll keep you up to date on where your loan is in the process every step of the way.
Closing
You’ll see an estimated closing date and your closing documents in Encompass so you can review them at your convenience. Once the final papers are signed, you’ll have completed your home loan refinance! If you or anyone you know needs a mortgage lender in the future, give us a call.
